GENERAL CONDITIONS

The request for availability isn't binding and doesn't act as a contract neither for the client nor for Agriturismo Esposito.

The booking request represents an order form and therefore binding for the client but not binding for Agriturismo Esposito, on whose part remains free not to accept the booking.

The booking confirmation of Agriturismo Esposito sent to the client is binding for both parties and establishes the drawing up of the booking contract with options.

If a deposit is requested or credit card details, the client must send these within the indicated time period to the direction of Agriturismo Esposito in order that the options are cleared and the booking is definitely confirmed.

At which point Agriturismo Esposito promise to send the client a confirmation letter and resume voucher which the client must present at the Check-in.

The total booking must be confirmed by fax or by e-mail accepting the cancellation conditions of the establishment concerned.

ALLGEMEINE GESCHÄFTSBEDINGUNGEN

Die Buchung wird für unser Haus erst mit Erhalt der Anzahlung (30 % des Gesamtpreises des Aufenthalts) bindend oder mit Erhalt der Daten der Kreditkarte, von der wir autorisiert sind, den Anzahlungsbetrag einzuziehen.

Nach Bestätigung Ihrer Buchung werden Sie einen Voucher erhalten (Bestätigung per Mail oder Fax), die Sie bitte beim Check-in vorzeigen mögen.

Die wochen- oder tageweisen Aufenthalte können an jedem beliebigen Tag der Woche beginnen.

Ankunft (Check-in): die Appartements können am Ankunftstag in der Zeit von 16.00 – 21.00 Uhr bezogen werden (das Gepäck kann bereits zu einem früheren Zeitpunkt abgestellt werden).

Abreise (Check-out): die Appartements sind am Abreisetag bis spätestens 10.00 Uhr zu verlassen.

RÜCKTRITTSBEDINGUNGEN

Im Falle eines Stornos der Reservierung behalten wir den gesamten Betrag der Anzahlung ein.

PLACE OF JURISDICTION (LAW COURTS)

For whatever controversy which might arise relating to interpretation, execution e/o to the finalisation of the booking contract to which the present conditions are applied, in which a part Agriturismo Esposito, are legally responsible, will be exclusively the competence of the local law courts of Livorno.
